Yeah there's no apparent way to bounce back from a loss, you just keep getting slammed after your units are injured
I give you two tricks.
Either you swap your injured character with a healthy one from the bench. Or your really lower the dungeon difficulty to avoid new injuries.
Injuries last one fight and are removed.

two suggestions to make it feel better to the player: allow benched units to heal from injured after a loss, or allow units to gain exp on a loss?
You are right, injured on the bench should be healed. ๐
My strategy when i have injured is to fight an easy dungeon.
I didn't realize you had to tick the skills box... OMG okay giving it another try!
It's automaticaly checked now ^^
